My cat tries to run out the door when I open it. It's a good thing cats aren't smarter. Can you imagine trying to contain a cat if it showed any semblance of advanced planning? Or could work doorknobs?

So glad I don’t celebrate Jewish holidays anymore…I hated Yom Kippur as a kid.  The fasting and sitting in shul for hours for two days!  A penance holiday I don’t need, thankfully.

If I had my way, both the doubtful "holidays" of
Good Friday and Christmas Day would be banned
globally.

The foundations of each are structurally flawed, and
only in continuance in a scientifically-enlightened 21st
century in order to line the pockets of cynical retail
marketers.    Thumbsdown

What I'd like yo know is who the f*ck designed our power grid?

We lose power when a part of the city... f*cken miles away loses power, and yet the buildings next door still has the lights on, and the buildings between the us and the neighbourhood that's blacked out still has power.
