I hope not Thump, i really do.

We saw the violent reaction when they were put out of power. They will take violence in hand in order to persecute dissidents.

Why stop them?

As bloodthirsty as that sounds, I’m getting to the point it might be necessary and needed.  They are at war with the left and we keep acting like we can reason with them somehow…eventually…maybe.  This is just a different type of war?  Or how wars begin?

I think that Rhythmcs has a handle on the MAGA people, and his belief is that it will be red on red.
If you get to thinking you’re a person of some influence, try ordering somebody else’s dog around.

Considering that most of the dumb fucks live in trailer parks in the deep south it makes sense that they'd shoot at each other first just due to proximity.

That's a big part of it, yeah. If we're talking about armed paramilitary groups that don't share aims or intel we're already talking about maga, and almost exclusively maga. The kinds of accidents that could spark wider violence are far more likely to happen when two or more maga groups are involved. Just like any conflict zone..the people most likely to shoot at each other are neighbors. When shit does go south..as we already saw on j6.... they start calling each other antifa and fbi plants immediately. They start sending each other death threats on that basis.

They're competing for the same political ecospace. The same thing happened once Lenin gained power ad transformed Russia into the USSR, and Hitler took out the SA shortly after becoming dictator, in 1934.

A rule of ecology is that prey are not competitors. Other predators are competitors. You take them out so you have the field to yourself.

I'm still getting my head wrapped around it; it seems crazily counterproductive...not that I want MAGAts in any way coordinated with battle plans. And I find myself hard-pressed to believe that I am prey. Maybe I have the landscape scoped out incorrectly though; where I live has chump supporters in political positions.

Let me clarify that I don't think you or I or any other non-MAGAt are actually "prey", but rather that that's how they see us. But there's also the idea that keeping the putative enemy alive while you go after your real competition is valid. After all, the "libtards" will be scattering shot all over the place at both -- or really three -- factions of the GOP, while those in charge may first snuff out any competitors for conservative power before wheeling around on the liberal enemy. We're already seeing the business wing of the GOP crying foul.

The Christians, oddly enough *cough cough* don't seem to have a problem with a serial sexual predator. But if they ever do find the moral dudgeon to speak up, they too will be targeted.

And to be honest, snuffing out the enemy may not be the best move -- every cop needs a criminal and so on.

I can't and won't speak to your local landscape, but here, I've been gerrymandered into Chip Roy's district. While he always has a broadside or two for liberals, he also has a lot of ire for Republicans who aren't as ardent as he or his ilk.
