Revel in your victories against climate change!

I've never before considered that apathy, ignorance, psychopathy or cowardice could be considered awesome....ok, I'm considering it....no....no...no, definitely not awesome.
Maybe atheism doesn't have burden of proof because it's impossible to prove an invisible, silent, utterly undetectable thing doesn't exist.

I was only, as far as you're concerned, suggesting you're a bit apathetic on this issue. No real offence intended.

I just went pseudo (polite) Karen at the local supermarket because they had no UK apples for sale. Peruvian Apples? Yes. South African apples? Yes. British apples? No. It was all very polite and the line manager said he'll talk to his boss about it.

Today I also, erm, corrected a high profile rave DJ who posted that there were no significant noticeable effects of global warming on his FB profile.

I also signed two petitions today...fat lot of good that'll do most likely but, well, if EVERYBODY signed such petitions....it's a bit like the thrust of this thread in general really: do what you can, every little helps, set an example...a bit like voting in a democracy...to be encouraged.

We need a global victory garden program. How many of our ideas are all upside, right?

:googles "victory gardens": - cool, interesting!

ETA: perhaps the word "cool" should be reserved for describing stuff which combats global warming. It works well semantically I think, cool being the antonym of warm, whereas cold is the antonym of hot etc
