Russian priests bless fire trucks as huge blaze continues after Ukraine attack

Russian Orthodox priests have visited the scene of a huge fire at a fuel depot, which continues to burn three days after being set alight in a Ukrainian drone attack.
More than 500 firefighters have been tackling the giant blaze at the Proletarsk oil storage facility in the southern Rostov region.
About 20 of 74 storage tanks were on fire, local authorities told the RIA news agency.
On Wednesday, local Orthodox priests said prayers next to the fire engines and brought an icon to the scene in support of firefighters' efforts.

Why don't these two assholes fight the fire? you ask.

Well I'd guess it's because under all those rags they're wearing,
they're moral cowards who know that when the cards are down
their purported god will, in actuality, do sweet fuck all to protect
them.   Their hypocrisy knows no bounds.  

Oh... and if they're of Russia's compulsory 12-month conscription
age—18 to 30—they can get an exemption, as priests.

They totally lack the courage of their convictions.

There was a great mini series on Chernobyl... you can probably find it on Solarmovies or some other such site.  Shows them sending "volunteers" out on the roof in what look to be rain coats with brooms to push high radioactive debris from the exploded core off the roof  with shovels and brooms.
