Could you imagine Zeus lecturing Dionysus on his drinking problem?

No because Dionysus is not the God of drunks. He is the god of wine and merry making, but he represent festive social drinking with temperance. Pan was the deity associated with drunkeness, wild parties, savage rythme, rape and bestiality. Thus, Dionysus doesn't have a drinking problem thus Zeus doesn't need to adress such an issue. Pan has been banned and barred from Olympus for his barbarous behavior.

You could switch allegiance to Odin.  Every night is a party in Asgard.  This jesus fucker is an old stick in the mud compared to Zeus and Odin.

Since honey is essentially imperishable and alcohol is a preservative, Mead would stay good to consume for a very long time. A very good thing if you only got supplies on some island. LOL!

Even the xhristards had JC turn water into wine.

Of course, I think they stole that one from Dionysius.
