The First Of Many
This lawsuit was inevitable.  I saw it coming more than 2 decades ago, although I didn't expect it with quite this set of plaintiffs.  What I had predicted was a lawsuit by children suing their living parents for squandering their inheritance.  This isn't that, but it's certainly identical in spirit.  The actual lawsuit I predicted will, now that a court has taken this one seriously, follow shortly.

This is the sole issue here: "The court accepted their petition...".

Which of course should've been rejected outright.   That a case
such as this, which is doomed to failure, will cost Indian taxpayers
thousands(?) of rupees is disgraceful.
I'm a creationist;   I believe that man created God.
