A few questions about this-here forum
I'm curious, about how many people are regulars on this forum? I'd say about 20?? Does that sound right?
How secure is our information on this forum?
About how many moderators does it take to run AD?
Does it cost a lot to make all this work?
I guess that's all the questions I have for today. Maybe I'll think of some more later.

I don't know how many regulars.
What information? All there is is your email, and you can change that to dog knows what after you are registered.
How many mods? That varies. Took more when everyone was on edge because trump than it takes now. It's good to have a mod present 24/7 so all the time zones are covered, but we don't really have that.
Yes, it costs server fees.

I did a very rough membership count of "regulars" —that is upwards of 1,000 posts
within the past 12 months 2020/21. Total was around 40 members.
I have no issues with privacy on this forum. I maintain very strict anti-malware/virus/
trojan/ rootkit/phishing defensive software. Never been compromised in 30 years.
And we should recall this:

I'd say, the unmoderated window is pretty slim. And given that first posts have to be approved, it's pretty much noin existent.
