The "good old boys" who just collected there made fun of my wearing a mask. So I stopped going and just shaved my head at home. I feel fine about it years later and no less "manly". Maybe Trump should consider it. As do I. Felon-President Trump is surely the worst US President ever (in my opinion) and (I hope) for a long time! And I was an adult in the Nixon Presidency. US News listed the worst Presidents... 1. James Buchanan 2. Andrew Johnson 3. Donald Trump 4. Franklin Pierce 5. William Henry Harrison 6. Warren G. Harding 7 (tie). Millard Fillmore 7 (tie). John Tyler 9 (tie). Herbert Hoover 9 (tie). Zachary Taylor OK... James Buchanan - Basically encouraged the Civil War Andrew Johnson - Basically ruined post Civil War reconstruction Donald Trump - Ignorant, mean, divisive, trying to destroy US democracy (my #1) Franklin Pierce - Shouldn't be on this list. He tried some improvements like rational civil service. Failed on the Nebraska-Kansas act but seems to have tried to stop the spread of slavery. The rest were mostly well-meaning, just not skilled. I suspect that, in 20 years, Trump will be at the top of the current list.

Just two days ago, Trump told Republican members of Congress to
cancel their vacation plans until his “big beautiful bill” is sewn up and ready for his signature on 4 July. But in his final pitch to congressional leaders and cabinet secretaries at the White House yesterday, he made no mention of deadlines, as his marquee tax-and-spending bill develops a logjam that could threaten its passage through the Senate. Democrats have dubbed the bill the “big, ugly betrayal”, and railed against what would be the biggest funding cut to Medicaid since it was created in 1965. Republicans intended to circumvent the filibuster in the Senate by using the budget reconciliation procedure, under which they can pass legislation with just a majority vote, provided it only affects spending, revenue and the debt limit. But on Thursday, the Senate parliamentarian, Elizabeth MacDonough, ruled that a change to taxes that states use to pay for Medicaid was not allowed under the rules. Chuck Schumer sad the party “successfully fought a noxious provision that would’ve decimated America’s healthcare system and hurt millions of Americans. This win saves hundreds of billions of dollars for Americans to get healthcare, rather than funding tax cuts to billionaires.” I'm a creationist... I believe that man created God.
In fairness to Buchanan, his presidency was crippled by the fact that,
1. The south took no overt action to secede while he was in office. That meant that there were still a shitload of southern legislators gumming up the works in Washington. Even Lincoln in his First Inaugural reminded the south that "the government will not assail you. You can have no war without yourselves being the aggressor." 2. He had no army. Such US regulars as existed spent their time out west killing Indians. Even Lincoln had to summon state militias after Sumpter which led to disaster at First Manassas. 3. Buchanan was a raging alcoholic. Andrew Johnson was a Southern Democrat recruited by Lincoln in 1864 for a "Unity Ticket." He was constantly at odds with the triumphant radical republicans in the aftermath of the war and the assassination of Lincoln. It was a miserable choice by Lincoln. Fuckface, at #3, is a simple criminal.

Fuckface only polls consistently better in the Rasmussen poll.... a notoriously right-wing outfit which only calls people who still have landlines and answer those calls. These tend to older people. Generally speaking if I get a call from an unknown number it goes to voice mail and I decide later if I give a shit about what they have to say even if they do leave a message....which most do not.

Generally speaking if I get a call from an unknown number it goes to voice mail and I decide later if I give a shit about what they have to say even if they do leave a message....which most do not. I took a phone survey ONCE and then got hounded daily by others. The only reason I answered that one was because it is nationally known. I figured out that while they might collate my answers into their survey, they make money by selling your number as a viable person to answer surveys. It took a year before they stopped. If I answered the phone at all, I told them to remove my name…most, I just never answered. There are surveys that I’d love to be a part of but won’t. There’s no way to guarantee my privacy of not selling the information (even if they promise not to).
In four years, Trump made 30,573 false or misleading claims. (2017 to 2021)
The most repeated claim was; "We also built the greatest economy in the history of the world… powered by these policies, we built the greatest economy in the history of the world". By just about any key measure in the modern era, Eisenhower, Johnson and Clinton presided over stronger economic growth than Trump. The gross domestic product grew at an annual rate of 2.3% in 2019, slipping from 2.9% in 2018 and 2.4% in 2017. But in 1997, 1998 and 1999, GDP grew 4.5%, 4.5% and 4.7%, respectively. Yet even that period paled in comparison with the postwar boom in the 1950s or the 1960s. Growth between 1962 and 1966 ranged from 4.4% to 6.6%. In 1950 and 1951, it was 8.7% and 8%, respectively. The unemployment rate reached a low of 3.5% under Trump, but it dipped as low as 2.5% in 1953. After COVID tanked the US economy, Trump jacked up his claim even more, falsely saying it had been the greatest economy in the history of the world. This marked the 493rd time that Trump used a variation of this line, meaning he said it on average every other day. —Excerpted from Washington Post Fact Tracker, 20 January 2021. I'm a creationist... Of course compared to trump I'm Socrates but if a dude from a country where English isn't primary language heard it dude from country where English is a primary language should have heard it too. In short I don't believe trump though I would easily agree that he probably wouldn't know shit about Shakespeare or at best confused him with one of ninja turtles.
