Instead of creating a new thread every time someone dies, let us just post it here.

I was good friends with Barbara Erwin who originated the role of Lily St. Regis, the ditzy girlfriend of Rooster Hannigan in Annie.   She talked about Martin Charnin many times.    It's not my favorite musical but I always admire people who compose music.

I think some folk deserve their own threads. Putting all deaths in one thread just turns it into a Billy Joel song, listing all the dead people from our younger days. Bor-ing.

Just in case.

Nah, if I'm not alive it becomes someone else's problem.

Disney Channel star Cameron Boyce has died, aged 20, from an epileptic seizure.

Boyce made his film debut at age 9 in the 2008 horror film Mirrors. He went on to star
alongside Adam Sandler and Salma Hayek in 2010’s Grown Ups as one of their sons.

Yeah. Very sorry if people got annoyed at my starting that Perot thread. He's just somebody I do have vivid (for a tweener) memories of. Thought others did, too.

That said, over on BigSoccer.com there exists this thread as well (as well as "Famous Person is ALIVE!!!") and it's interesting to see who pops up (one guy who played a octor on St. Elsewhere is in his 100's! M1436

I'm going shopping now, but I shall check wikipedia later. They're always good for this.

I'm not sure I agree. It seems to me like he foreshadowed the Tea Party/Trump movement by quite a few years. He also polled the largest numbers as an independent POTUS candidate since TR. Like him or not, and I don't, I do think he made an impact the ripples of which we still feel today.

Is it wrong that I was hoping to see that a car with Justin Bieber, Donald Trump, and Kent Hovind drove off a cliff?

You know you're getting older when each morning you find yourself reading the obituaries.  Sad

That's pretty strange. I've never heard of someone *dying* of a seizure.
Maybe that's cuz only the live ones make it to the horsepital.

The Producers also comes to mind.  It doesn't happen very often.
