Just to help clarify... what's an "unincorporated" town?  The headline implies if the town was incorporated, this may've not happened.

I teach gun safety (I'm a certified shotgun coach) and that includes safe storage.

Here in Massachusetts, we have very strict firearm storage and transport laws, and in discussions 
on forums I promote that as an example of commonsense gun laws.

It addresses an actual safety problem.
