I think that if there was a food I wanted to try, I would have. I understand that cost could be a consideration, but that's not my limitation. I don't want to eat an insect, I don't like fish flavors, and I don't want a piece of rotting mammoth meat just to say I ate it. I have a weak stomach, OK? And frog or snake or alligator doesn't interest me. Ick!
OK, a bison steak...

I have pretty much eaten everything available to me that interests me. I would be interested in more variety of oriental cuisines - there are a lot of different ones. Also, old, local dishes from all over the world.
I have had every kind of fish, meat, poultry, vegetable and fruit I could find, and with spending much time in metropolitan cities and travelling, that is quite a variety. Regional cooking styles have my interest now.

It's hot raspberries with vanilla icecream. Very simple and easy to make and really delicious.
