Spicy - tacos! Sweet - cake! Salty - meh Earthy - burdock root, beets, yum! Peanutbuttery - I'll take my peanuts fresh, lightly salted in the shell, or else in Thai.

Mountain-high though the difficulties appear, terrible and gloomy though all things seem, they are but Mâyâ.

Spicy
Sweet Salty Peanut butter If Reese’s ever develops spicy peanut butter cups, I will eat them until I am sofa-sized.
god, ugh
Salty, began when I discovered beer/alcohol.
Being told you're delusional does not necessarily mean you're mental.
wtf is earthy? That sounds like what you eat during the Apocalypse when everything else is gone.

When I think of earthy, I think of pickled beets. They taste like dirt. (03-30-2020, 11:23 PM)Alan V Wrote:(03-30-2020, 10:56 PM)Bcat Wrote:(03-30-2020, 10:34 PM)jerry mcmasters Wrote: wtf is earthy? A not untypical meal at our house would feature pickled beets, boiled okra, and boiled chicken livers. Pickled beets came in a jar, so easy-peasy, and my mother just lived to boil stuff.
god, ugh
Puerh and mate teas have an earthy taste, if you need a sample.

I voted salty. Today, for instance, I had my aforementioned MorningStar veggie sausage on an English muffin with American cheese. Dinner is a loose meat sandwich (pork and ground turkey on buttered toast with American cheese.
However, I have a severe sweet tooth as well. I like tons of different kinds of candy. I love Lindor Truffles and Skittles Sweet Heat. But I also like Skor bars and Mounds bars, and GummiBursts and other candy of that category. and Red Bull to drink (in moderation. That stuff can do me in).
Is this sig thing on?

For me?
Spicy... Indian/Sri Lankan, Mexican, Asian, Spanish. I'm a creationist; I believe that man created God.
Spicy.
Sweet and spicy is best flavor combo hands down. Any conflicting opinions are incorrect.
Savory for me! - Can't beat anything like a really good Pie/Cornish Pasty/potato based/anything like that.
Used to have a real sweet tooth as a kid, but it kind of tapered off as I grew older. I can still eat sweeter things although I don't have a hankering for them like I used to. Spicy food has always been a pick for me as well, although I can't eat it if it's like eating lava haha. The plus side is that when something spicy comes my way, it actually does give me the "mouth watering" sensation, which only spicy food gives me.
Spicy, I add hot sauce to all my soups.
Her sex.
