You have no evidence for that. Every culture on the planet has their creation myths. It's how humans 2500 years ago made sense of what they saw. It's bygone era.
The texts which were written, assembled and edited, and eventually non-unanimously voted into a canon of scripture were the product of the cultures which produced them. They were humans...no different that the humans who created the myths in other cultures. Your texts are not special. They have no knowledge in them that every other culture of the day had. Your problem is you cannot see them for their literary value and for what they can tell us of the cultures that produced them as you are too busy taking the myths literally. It's a very basic mistake made by those who have no real knowledge or schooling of the literature of the ancient Near East.
Actually, (if you have actually ever read Genesis), it begins by saying that in the beginning the God created the heavens and the earth. They knew nothing about solar systems or galaxies or basically anything.
That was hardly the order anything happened cosmologically speaking. The writers/editors knew nothing more than anyone else at the time. We all know what the Hebrew cosmology looked like. Trying to create a fake concordance with what science knows today is a dishonest and ignorant enterprise.

Mountain-high though the difficulties appear, terrible and gloomy though all things seem, they are but Mâyâ.
Fear not — it is banished. Crush it, and it vanishes. Stamp upon it, and it dies.

2328 Reasons Christianity is false
Welp, it's about time for another reason Christianity is false. This is #134.
Quote:(134) Christian apologetics
Christian apologetics is the over-burdened application of ecclesiastical resources tasked with defending the faith against objections. Apologetics are needed to defend the contradictions and irrationalities in the Bible, the atrocities of Christian history, the implausibility of miracles, the many failed prophecies, the missing power of prayer, and the infringement of science on closely held beliefs, among others.
Apologetics are not needed to defend evolution science, the age or structure of the universe, or the germ theory of disease, for example, because these are adequately defended by verifiable evidence. To be brutally honest, apologetics are only needed to defend fallacious belief systems, such as UFO abductions, ghost sightings, and pyramid power. The fact that Christianity employs such a large industry of apologetics is a strong indicator that it is based on myth and fallacy.
Any religion that needs 2000 years worth of apologetics, fumbling around trying explain all the holes in their book, has major problems from the get-go.
