Björn Höcke, right wing end of the right wing AfD (he would be part of the 20th Maine if the Afd were the union Army in 1863) is a fascist. Thats well known. But now he got a stamp on it.
A protest was announced in Eisenach against "...the racist Afd, and particularly against fascist Björn Höcke". Eisenach town council tried to interdict this, citing Höckes personality rights and on the grounding of defamation (you cant just call someone fascist, until.....). The organizers of the protest went to court and the court decided:
Quote:While calling someone a "fascist" is usually defamatory and an effort to put political opponents into a "Nazi" corner, the defendants have proveded sufficient evidence that Höcke is, in fact, a fasict. That this label is gounded on verifiable* evidence provided.
